Shipping and Return Policy

We ship UPS Ground, usually within 1 business day of receiving an order. A $3.95 handling charge is included in each order. Non-stocking items usually ship within 7 business days of receiving an order. Orders comprising stocking and non-stocking items sometimes ship separately as they become available. When items on the same order ship separately, your shipping charge will only be the amount originally showing at the time of purchase at your confirmation of order. We reserve the right to ship via USPS where the use of same will not result in a delay in delivery time. We reserve the right to ship to USPS PO Boxes, using USPS, where USPS PO Boxes are given as the shipping address.

You will find that we will go the extra mile to keep our customers happy. Sorry...No returns will be accepted on items that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling or storage. Defective items will be replaced at no cost to the purchaser WHEN REPORTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF CUSTOMER'S RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE, and - at our request and discretion - upon return and inspection by us, and confirmation of defect. Other items, in original packaging and unused, returned at purchaser's expense, received by us within thirty (30) days of purchase, will be fully refunded. Shipping costs, both to purchaser and return to us, will not be refunded. Patchboy Incorporated makes no other guarantee or other warranty, express or implied, of goods sold or distributed hereunder, or of their merchantability, fitness, or suitability for a particular purpose or condition, except as stated above. Patchboy Inc. warrants that it has made no alteration or other change to the product manufactured by others and distributed by Patchboy Inc., and that the original manufacturer's warranties, if any, are the only warranties applicable to the goods. Patchboy Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense of any kind or nature, including, but not limited to, special, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of profits whether actual or anticipated, caused directly or indirectly by the goods sold.
